I recently had a dissapointing experience with Courthouse Tire and Service Center. My husband had to work some long hours, so I took his car in to get it's annual state inspection (deciding to give this place a try since I had a coupon). Well, to make a long story short, they had my car in the shop for over an hour (I was late to my appt afterwards because they had told me it would only take 1/2 hour), and ended up rejecting it because they said it had a cracked engine mount. (which is a very expensive repair, I might add) So, that evening I was telling my husband about it, and since he knows a thing or two about cars, he was suspicious of the diagnosis. We took it to another shop for a second opinion, and after checking it over, they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car, and that it easily passed it's inspection!!! I am warning all my friends about Courthouse Tire & Service Center, in hopes that I can prevent someone who doesn't know quite as much about cars as my hubby does from getting taken advantage of!
