I ordered some dakota slippers (uggs) very nice slippers.They have a good warenty but after a month a piece of string came loose around the side of the foot area.Now they get to decide if it was a manufature defeact or your foot or something you did.Then send them back after they decided.My beef is mybe the string wasn't tied strong enough & my size they quoted wasn't right, so it broke.Now how that break will look i don't know but it's their job to make the coustumer happy I spent 100.00 on these slippers.You have to return them unworn, well most people need to walk around in there house or apartment to see how they fit if their comfotable.Your buy a slipper are you suppose to float on air?Still don't forget your paying 100.00.No maybe you can't sell them new but they could sell them used & still make money on them.Why should we have to buy another pair.their rule are rediculus!
