I further investigated my bank account to find not only 1 unauthorized charge to my account but 8 charges dating back to 12-31-07. I called the company and was told I would only receive credit for 4 as the "system would only allow him to go back 4 months". I am going to my bank to complain and I am writing Visa to inform them of these issues. I did not authorize this company to charge my account and I did not receive any service or product for these charges. Beware. These charges amounted to $125.04.
