I also was scammed. I payed the 1.00 and 3.95 shipping. I was on Ebay, and this pop up I had won one of 4 gifts and I chose the disaster kit. I did not see any terms and conditions anywhere. I couldn't believe what was in the package when i received it. The flashlights stunk so bad we had to put them outside. What a scam!! My bank wouldn't stand behind me because they needed to know the terms and conditions; which I didn't ever see. I notice some banks did help their customers. We all need to do something about this scam
