Taking money from my VISA debit card FRAUDULENTLY without authorization. No products were purchased or ordered by me!!

I live in the UK and never use my card to buy anything on the Internet. All my dealings are always via PAYPAL. I have not paid CPIpay.com directly for any item. yet they have taken money from my debit card account without my permission.
