I received my Capital One Mastercard and found a charge of $53.43 USD, dated 31AUG/01SEP, on the statement. It was charged by the CPIpay.com Wealthsys 866-834-6880 GBR, which I believe is you. This is a fraudulent charge and I demand that it be credited back to my M/C immediately. By the way, how did you get my card number? Did you call my home? Mail my home? Speak to anyone in my home? email me?
My next contact is the M/C Fraud Team to report you for this transaction. I have not used this card for months and months.
