I also got burned by Mr. Smooth talkin Kannin. I purchased a atv from him for my son for christmas. Well the atv came about a week earlier and my son was home when the big semi truck stops in the main highway in front of my house. I t was pooring rain so the crate was wrapped in carboard which was fine the driver was in a hurry to get out of the high way so i rush it on tho the house and as he drove off i got my son in the house and checked it out. The crate was cave in past the axle. Long story short i called the engine has rattled from day one which i reported the axle is warped, well i had reported all of these problem and afetr i had reported them my son bumped a trailer at the neighbors i made the mistake of calling toorder the plastic for it and all the other damages that i had already reported was blamed on my sons accident. I have never gotten any reibursment but i will never cross that path again they also put me of 10 months on plastic that i never got.
