I hired Craig Cook to do a bankruptcy for me.I had told him upfront everything about our past bankruptices.In 2010 he filed bankruptcy for us after charging us 1400.00, well because we had filed a chapter 13 in 05, our bankruptcy was dismissed and NOW i am being sued by all of those companies that were in the bankruptcy.I have sent letters to the Arkansas Bar Assoc, the Oklahoma Bar Assoc, but they all seem to think that he has done nothing wrong.
