The builder neither finished the construction work nor showing any interest to complete the work after one and half year. I reminded the builder many occasions and all my efforts were in vain. On each occasions, he is finding different excuses.

After so many reminders, there is any progress on the work. The work is dead slow. The last date he promised to give the possession was June 15, 2010. Even after four month time, the work is still incomplete.
