I purchased a Canon IXUS 200 is camera via the internet from www.crazycameras.co.uk on 1st March 2010. The money was taken for this purchase from my Credit card account 3rd March 2010. After several emails back & forward over the 42 days, I have received only generic replies to my questions. Finally, this week, I was told my order had been cancelled, with no explanation as to why. This was only a few days after being told it was to be Priority shipping. I am now awaiting a refund which I have been told, on Fri 9th April, will be "in your (my) account in the next couple of days".

I have now read other reviews of this company which are unfavourable, and lead me to believe that I will have difficulty in getting my payment returned to me.
