This is a scam which pops up automatically when calling on a cell phone. immediately after realizing that I had accidently signed up for this scam, called within 1 minute to cancel. Am still being charged the $9.95 rate. Called the customer support number at 877-661-1136 and spoke to a young foreign agent. When I explained that I immediately cancelled my subscription, she said that I subscribed on their website. I have never been on their website and that I am the only person that uses my phone. She kept telling me that the story I told her about never being on the website was incorrect and she explained that she did see where I unsubscribed one minute later. After being told by her on numerous situations that I was lying, I got upset and asked to speak to her supervisor. She then asked why. I then asked her to let me speak to someone from America due to the fact I didn;t think she understood what I wanted. After being told again that I was lying I became quite upset and asked for the supervisor again. She said they were not available (she didn't pause as if to check). I gave her my phone number and asked for the supervisor to return my call. I told the girl all I want is to have the $9.95 removed from my Verizon bill.
