i gave my car DL4CAE-1000 suzuki swift for service at
D.D. motors wazirpur depot delhi. i gave them my car on 26th april at their workshop, then to their service center, but they were unable t deliver my car back to me, because they lost the key. then i went to the manager Mr.ashok, he said we will change your full lock system. now they are unable to change the locks till now, they are giving stupid excuses like no manpower, no availability of parts etc.by the mean time i have been travelling in taxis, and they behave very rudely, they treat me like as if iam no more then servant. still they have retun my car and asked me to come after 4 days.
