My wife and I have paid $3039 to Creative Images for wedding photos (including an album) and a wedding video. Our wedding was on May 1, 1999 (over 10 months ago), but to date we have received only proofs of the photos, a few extra prints we ordered, and our blank parents' albums (not the main album or our video, by far the most expensive and important items). Since July 1999 we have spent dozens of hours writing and calling Alan Silvers (the owner), and visiting his office, only to receive promises that were later broken (all documented in our 4-page-long log of communications with Mr. Silvers). On December 21, 1999, we rejected a preliminary attempt at an album because it was carelessly and incorrectly constructed (almost all photos on the wrong pages, some photos missing, others damaged). On January 19, 2000, we sent a detailed letter explaining exactly what was wrong and how we wanted it fixed, with no results to date, on the album or video.
