Sub: Complaint against Creative Mediapulse Technologies for not giving Gratuity.
I am Karthik A S; I recently changed job from Creative Mediapulse Technologies pvt.ltd (CMPT) to another company. I have worked for 6.3 (20th June 2004 to 25th August 2010) Years in the CMPT and before leaving I have compelled and adhered to all the exit processes of the company. The company is not willing to pay me the gratuity amount for which I am eligible for as per the Gratuity Act. Hence I am registering a complaint against the company
oblige you to take necessary action and help me get the gratuity amount. I tender my humble requests to process this complaint ASAP.
