I ordered a Creative Memories trimmer from Leticia in June 2010 and it is now December and no trimmer! My check was cashed in July and I received numerous emails from Leticia from July to September explaining the trimmer was on back order and she would send it asap. My last two emails in October and a phone message in November were never responded to. I am really disappointed. My previous orders through her were fine. Not sure why she flaked. I am going to the Better Business Bureau site next!
