I was contacted by "Gina Marie" on 4/23/09 stating that he had a pre-qualified buyer and who had already placed a deposit with them for a time share I have listed in Branson, Missouri. Did I still have that time share for sale or rent?

Having been scammed before I told "Gina Marie" I was very skeptical. I was told that CVS would make full disclosure once they were authorized to sell my T/S by the contract they would send to me.

Their contract stipulates that I have the right to negotiate the sale without benefit of a broker, however CVS has not produced any documentation whatsoever.

So far a total of 15 calls (of which 9 were actual conversations):
4/24/09 - "Full disclosure will be made once your contract is received".
5/11/09 - My contract was received. "The title has been cleared and is in the "title processing dept." and she will have someone call me back.
5/18/09 - To date no call back. I called "Gina Marie" and she said documents had been sent to the resort "and should be back in a week or so".
6/1/09 - Called "Gina Marie" - no answer - left message
6/2/09 - Called "Gina Marie" - no answer - left message
6/4/09 - 11:00AM - Called "Gina Marie" no answer - left message
6/4/09 - 11:04AM - "Gina Marie" returned call "I just got off a plane and on the way to office. I will call you back shortly." No call back
6/5/09 - 1052AM - Called "Gina Marie" no answer - left message
6/5/09 - 1055AM - "Gina Marie" returned call - "Documents received back from resort and in the hands of "closing dept. They should be setting closing date by next week."
6/11/09 - Called "Gina Marie" no answer - left message

6/15/09 - 10:08AM - "Gina Marie" returned call - "Paperwork is now in "legal dept." and you should hear from me by tomorrow to set a closing date."
