Ordered a bracelet from creativecontrast 2 months ago, and have not received since then. I emailed the company various times without any response, or any sensible reply to my questions pertaining to my order. The online help did not work either. Their customer representative was extremely RUDE and most of the time ignored my questions and kept insisting that they have shipped the parcel. The truth is, no one will ever answer you. And believe me, I tried. On two or three separate occasions. I have to say this is unprofessional, spiteful and vindictive. Extremely DODGY business and terrible customer service! Pass them by for sure, or you'll regret it. SKIP it, many other credible sites online. PS: Is there 0 starts? I dont even think they even deserve 1 star.
