i had a pop up on my computer saying that there were a bunch of viruses detected and i had to pay this money for them to clean it all up, and i kept trying to x out of the pop up because i already have mcaffe and firefox, but it wouldn't let me unless i gave my credit card number and paid for them to do it. So i couldn't do anything on my computer until i did this. so when i did, it supposedly scanned everything and then said that there actually were no viruses found. ????? plus on my credit card it shows there was a 28% exchange rate and i wound up paying $138 dollars. I would seriously like an answer for this, and am keeping my cc statement if required.
