I was checking my online banking statement to see if a charge had been taken out, and low and behold there was a $29.95+1.00 charge for Credit Diagnosis. I never even signed up for this charge to this particular card or any card for that matter. I called the 800 number and immediately cancelled the subscription. I then called the 800 number again and spoke with Tiffany. I asked her who in the world authorized a $29.95 charge for this subscription and she said "you did"! I called her a liar and told her that July had better be the last month that any charges come out off of this card. I have no problem reporting these people to the Attorney General's office of Pennsylvania nor the Better Business Bureau.
