I keep getting $8.00 a month external withdrawal from my checking account. I have sat down with the bank manager who tried to settle this by calling creditalert.com. They told the bank manager that I was not in there system. I went home called them myself I got the same story "I was not in there system" although they keep taking $8.00 a month out of my checking account. This unauthorized activity has been going on since July of 2005. I want it to stop now how can I get AOL to repay the money they already took from my account.

My bank statement reads External withdrawal AOL 888-2896318 REDTALT FEE creditalert.com. That is the only information I have, and they say I'm not in there system they can not find me. Please help!!!
