I contracted Credit Attorney in February of 2007 to help repair problems on my credit report. I was promised credit report updates and didn't get but a few. Employee's of Credit attorney gave me the run around about different issues. I blocked their charge on my card when they failed to honor their agreement with me and when I requested a full refund I was told no. I filed a complaint with the BBB and when speaking with Credit Attorney a month later I was told they no longer wanted to work with me but would not refund my money when they themselves failed to fulfill their promise to me so now I turn to you.

I was told because I made the complaint to BBB they would not help me, they didn't do the job they were hired for, they wrote letters to the creditors that looked like a ten year old wrote them. They were vague in their statements to me and they ripped me off.
