judgement was issued against us, we did not even know, after that they called us and want us to pay from checking account, but would not give us setlement in writing, i am n ot working, i am on ssdisability and my husband is responsible for my debt???as they say, so we need to pay 44o$dolars each month for bouth, orthey wil garnish his wages for both debt???that is not legal at all, i had filled complain with attorney General office mn Lory Swanson and waiting for results, , they are hard to deal with, they will not validate the debt at all, but will sue you
