I started my buisness with a company called freedom debt solutions but when i started complaining about service they transfered my account to a company called Credit Counseling Inc, when i experienced trust issues, I was promised services i did not recieve and was only able to contact them via e-mail, when they took over i was promised a welcome packet with a new client id and all contact information that in over a months time i never recieved, i made payments each month they immediately removed thier fees but no contacts to creditors were made while they encouraged me not to pay my bills in the meantime my credit was destroyed and i was forced to file bankruptcy, I was assured by others involved such as global client solutions that they were a reputable company, they really made no attempt to assure me of that.
