We receive several calls per week from this company. There's never a person on the other end - just a recording stating "Please call 1-800-291-4367 about a personal business matter. Operators are available until 9pm Eastern time to assist you." I'm sure that they are looking for someone else, maybe someone that used to have our phone number, or just someone that just randomly made up a number that just happened to be ours (Jeff and Gwendolyn, I'm talking to you!) We've received calls from banks, etc. before, and as soon as we could talk to a real person and explain who we are and how long we've had this number, they've stopped calling. I've called the 800 number for CMS - the only options they give is to leave a voicemail, which I did. I spelled out my name and number and the fact that I do not have an account with them and I have not received any letter and that I'm NOT who they're looking for. But, they keep calling.
