On February 2, 2009 an internet charged me $ 30.00 for a service and delivered ZERO information after I made the payment, I asked Credit one Card to investigate and refund the charges, this out of the country sales reps. kept telling me that the refund will come in 7 days, its been 45 days since I filled the complaint in writting, THE INTERNET COMPANY CHARGED ME AGAIN THE $30.00 AND CREDIT ONE CARD HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT
