Has anybody ever heard of Credit4equity.com? They have preconstruction projects, where they claim that the builder has incentives for purchasing. They build in emerging markets, ex: San Antonio, and Austin area.

One of the benefits is that you can receive anywhere from 60K - 125K per deal after the sale, or if the property is not sold within the 9mnths of the loan, then the builder will buy the property back and give you the $$$ for the deal. Is this legal or is this just another scam?
