Elsa Duran called my business looking for a former employee. My receptionist stated that if she would leave her name, company name and phone number, that she would attempt to pass on the message. Ms. Duran would not leave her company name, and was extremely rude and condensending to my receptionist. When I called the number and requested to speak with an office manager, I was directed to another collector. When I told her that I wanted an office manager, she connected me to an gentleman who picked up the phone "uh hey this is Matthew and I'm a manager." I explained what had happened and requested the owner's information of which he would not provide. He would only provide the company name, of which I had to request twice. I told him I would be filing a formal complaint, and will now proceed with obtaining information from the Colorado Secretary of State, as well as BBB.
