i was looking for a loan on line, and did not sign any final papers...next thing i know i had 31.65 dols. withdrawn from my account with out my permission...i called the company and they gave me this web site.www.creditreportrefund.com...said to fill out the refund form and in 72 hours will be notifiedby my e-mail if i will get my money back or not...i ended up with this complaint board...no refund form anywhere...i am asking for help in getting my money back from .this is a ripoff...i feel that the BBB needs to be informed about their practice. my confirm no. is 3279628...i write DOWN every thing i do on-line and have nothing in my book about them at all...the personnal was very nasty.this is a fake web site and they are ripping people off in hard times...PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEYBACK...
