£67.74 was taken out of my account on the 1/2/11, though after going on the website, there is no contact numbers or email address's and no terms and conditions. I had been looking for a loan, though nothing went ahead, and do not recall authorizing this payment from my account, nor applying to them in the first place!

On the 28 0f this month january 2011 creditsavers took £67.74p out of my account which i have not recieved any loans . im a single parent and really not pleased that this money has came out of my account for no reason i hope this matter can get resolved as soon as possible.
