This company has to be the most unprofessional, worst rasted in customer service that I have ever seen. After a Mr. Carl Southerland came into our Buisness and fed us the whole spill on having a merchants machine without strings attached you can cancel at any time without fees and not going over $7 a month for the service charge. We latter found out that we were in a 4yr contract plus we recieved an $89 service charge before our year was even up. Now after leaving this company behind and getting a $495 fee waved I THOUGHT ! I was charged THE $495 plus $114 yrly fee a month after speaking with 1 of many of there customer service reps. that assured me this was resolved & the $495 was refunded. Now 3 months later I have had 3 charges equaling $700 charged to my account in the same week because of a account # mix up by Crescent. In addition $170 over draft from my banker. After a week of faxes & phone calls with 5 reps finally a supervisor named Ronny telling me the matter is resolved that I will be refunded the charges & reinburst bank fees., This is week 2 still no change!!! I have Not been given a courtsey call by anyone since this matter occured over a week ago explaining why my money is still not back in my account. I'm so frustrated I have No access to my bank account being self employeed it has really put me in a bind... I pray God takes care of this matter & has mercy on any envolved, who would mess with one of his children!!! Now here Igo again about to call Crescent & be on hold for 45min and tossed from agent to agent!!! huhhhhhhh There local News media must know of their local & horrible buisnesses that represent Dallas, Tx area!!
