There is NO reason reason my phones can't work. I paid my current monthly Bill was waved of all fees by CSR. Need my phone service back on. Its crazy that I can't reach a humanbeing on the phone to help me fix this problem. I have a feeling this will get me no where as well. I'll prob have to go back into to very busy office, wait, wait and wait some more!!!
