I GOT A BOARDBAND MODEM YESTERDAY 7/2/09 THE PERSON AT THE STORE TOLD ME I HAD 1 DAY TO GET ALL MY MONEY BACK I PAID $99.00 AFTER 2 DAY'S I WOULD LOSE $25.00 AFTER 3 DAY'S I'M STUCK IT THAT'S FINE I TAKE IT HOME HOOK IT UP IT SUCK'S SO I TAKE IT BACK TODAY 7/3/09 AND THEY TELL ME I CAN ONLY GIVE YOU $53.00 OUT OF $99.00 THEN THEY SAY THE ONLY WAY I COULD HAVE GOT ALL MY MONEY BACK IF I CAME BACK THE SAME DAY I BOUGHT IT I LEFT THE STORE 4:04 AND THEY CLOSE AT 5:00 SO BY WAITING TILL THE STORE OPEN THE NEXT DAY I LOSE $25.00 SO I'M NOT PETTY I SAY OK THEN THEY SAY I'LL GIVE YOU THE PRICE OF THE MODEM CASH AND THE REST WILL GO TO MY BILL THAT'S BS I PAID CASH MONEY YESTERDAY ONLY TO FIND OUT I WOULD GET ROBBED OUT OF $25.00 THEN THEY GONE TELL ME HOW YOU GONE REFUND MY MONEY HELL NO I WANT MY MONEY THE SAME WAY I GAVE IT THAT FAIR OR TELL ALL INFO

phone doesnt charge i take back to the store recived a new phone and that phone will not charge. hasnt use the phone in three days dont now what to do but return every thing and hopefully get my money back .it live its name up cricket.

I have been a CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS FOR THE MOST PART OK GOOD BUT WHEN I TALK TO ONE REP. AND HE TELLS ME HE CAN HELP ME I BELIEVE HIM WELL MY BILL WENT FROM $170 TO $239 FOR THREE FHONES I THINK THERE IS A PROBLEM .

Annoying commercials
Irritatin commercials. I have to mute the television every time I hear one come on. They have taken a great old song and totally run it into the ground.

Poor customer service
This is the poorest excuse for a cell phone company ever. Their service sucks. Their customer service is a joke. Why are they all from INDIA? Why can NONE of them speak English? Even in the Cricket stores, they are all foreign. And here is my biggest bitch with them-why do they accept CASH ONLY??? Is it because if they are unexpectedly deported they can take their cash with them??? I am canceling all 4 of my lines and going to a REAL cell phone company. Do yourself a favor, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM CRICKET AS YOU CAN. THEY SUCK.

Customer Service
The problem that I am having is; I purchased a phone for my son that is in school in Indiana and I live in Houston, TX. I wanted Cricket to put my son’s phone and my phone number on one account so that I could pay for them both at one time. That was apparently too hard for Cricket to perform the first time. Therefore, I called customer service to fix the problem and they said that I had to call back in a month to cancel the service and then put both phones on one account. I did what Cricket customer service asked me to do. The next month, my son’s phone was turn off because; they said his bill was due on a different date from mind. I told Cricket customer service that was not correct because I called your customer service to have my son’s phone put on my account to pay on the same billing day.
Cricket customer service told me that my son’s phone billing date was different from my billing date and I need to pay a $15.00 reconnection fee for my son’s phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor about the situation. I then waited on hold for about 45 minutes. The supervisor never answered the phone and the Cricket customer service representative told me that I would still have to pay the $15.00 reconnect fee. I told the Cricket customer service representative that I refuse to pay a fee for something that was not my fault. I later called Cricket that day to talk to another Cricket service representative about the situation and then she put me on hold to talk with someone else in customer service to help me. Then the person that answered the phone hanged up the phone on me. Later, someone in customer service blocked my cell phone from calling to talk to a live person in customer service with Cricket. I’ve used Cricket cell phone service for over seven years and there customer service is the worst that that I have ever experience. I guest the best thing for me to do now is switch to T-Mobile like I should have done in the first place.

phone problems
I have had cricket almost 6 yrs. I bought a razor when they came out and I loved it untill it kept going on and off by it self. So I took it back to cricket and had to pay another 85 dollars to get my insurance clame. But there wasn't any more razors in stock so they gave me a cra-zor which i thought was cool it was an upgrade but I was so wrong. I've had nothing but problems with it. I got it on Feb 13th and by Feb 18th it was messed up and I took it back to cricket and they told me because there was damage to the phone from dropping it I would have to pay another 85 dollars to get another one. I was pissed. I told them that was BS. They told me to take to this place next door and see what they say. The guy next door to the cricket store told me it was a flaw with the phone and I need another one. I took it back to cricket and told them what he said and it still cost me another 45 dollars to get another one. Cricket sucks and they don't know how to treat people and make them happy...I would not tell anyone to go get a cricket it is better to sign a contract and get great service than to go to cricket!!!

Rip off
The whole Cricket Company should be run out of America! I did an online order which took over a month to process when I was told I would be given a tracking number in 3-5 business days. When after 3 weeks of no tracking number I called and canceled the transaction. I was assured the transaction was canceled and in two days after the cancellation my account was billed and the phones were on the way. I sent the phones back and Cricket has the nerve to try and keep over two hundred dollars of my money. I keep calling and keep getting the same run around. I plan on staying on them until this unscrupulous company either gives me my money back or get the h---- out of America!

It's a bad customer service company
Okay, for some reason, at least once in a year there are charges like $100 or $130 or whats over on our phone bill. During November 2008, a paper came in the mail saying that we owe $130; it's $100 dollars for something and $30 service charge. We had no idea what it is, the next couple of days we received a text message saying something like, "You're being charged $30"; both of our phones stopped working. So we went and paid that $30 at the Cricket store. We asked what was the additional $100 for, all she could say was, "I don't know." Well, there was no reasonable explanation, she could've atleast called the real Cricket company and take her time to ask for us. But since she was being such a stuckup! So anyways, we paid that $30. She told us we owe $100, well, a month later the bill came and it was still $130. We went back and complained to her that we already paid the freakin' $30, why are we still being charged the same?! And again, all she said was, "i don't know." So whatever, we paid it to her, and we thought this would stop. But nope! Read what happened next.

The same day, we ask her to take off the extra $5 roaming minute off both of our phone. I don't know what she did, but she took off the credit card's automatic payment. Soon, our bill came up to over $160.

Okay, I don't know what's wrong with Cricket, but their customer service is so bad. We did not ask her to take off our automatic credit card payment but she did, and I guess she wasn't being honest. And I don't why Cricket will sometimes charge you so much...no explanation, no reasons too.

Also, when you call to complain to the company it don't even work. You can even call it right now 1-800-cricket All it suggest is just, "Go visit your local cricket wireless store"

phones is trashy
i brought a cricket phone and the phone only lasted two weeks so i went to cricket and they said sorry since you got it from a corner store theres nothing we can do about it but i paid $59.99 for this phone for it to work for two weeks i cant believe this and plus i was paying cricket $3.00 a day for prepay plan i feel they should of been like hey lets see whats wrong with the phone and kept me as a cricket customer than to not care at all. After all this i decided to get a phone on ebay and granted it was a verizon phone but i was going to get it flashed to cricket so when i went in to the cricket store in hinesville they was very rude and saying why would you put a palm treo on a prepaid no matter what its a phone to me and i feel they should just do they job and dont worry about my money im spending rather its stupid or not at the time my credit is not good so i cant afford it so i do prepaid well since this happen i have went to alltel and they have good customer service and i have a phone with them and will never go back to cricket.
