I puchase a cricket phone Nov.22, 1999 with insurence, It quite working within 3 week's. I returned the phone to the store in Newprot, Ky, they gave me a new phone, which was not new IT WAS USED. Then six month's later my phone DONT' WORK NO MORE. I went to the store and ask them if I coulde get a new phone, they said yes for $45.00 that's a good deal, yea right just saving $5.00. What happened to my insurence, they said it was cancaled from returning the first phone, well I did not cancel my insurence and I payed my bill 2 day's before it quite working and I ask for a refund and they said NO REFUND. So I called custermer service and they said I would need to purchase a new phone and new contract and I would lose my money for this month payment, they said they have no record of phone being used, only store could pull record's for a small fee. I asked for manager. She got on phone, she was very rude. I said, "you don't have to yell at me". Then she was rude to me. CRICKET is not a good phone service and company.
