I bought a phone three months ago from this company and at first it was working just fine and then I was unable to make or recieve phone calls. First I went to a local cricket store and like the vast minds they are they informed me that the phone I have is just no good and I will need to purchase a new phone. I called their terrible customer service and the must have reflashed my phone nearly a dozen times. Then the common answer I get is. "I just don't know." Then they inform me that since I don't have insurence I would have to buy a new phone.
A PHONE THAT IS 3 MONTHS OLD!!! then they inform me that even with the insurance (That is only offered the day you bought the phone.) It would not have been covered because the phone is experienceing a internal problem therefore the insurance will not cover it. WHAT?!!! This company is a digusting mess and I strongly advise ANYONE to steer away from this company.
