Received call at work om 5/13/10 and on my cell phone from Adam Jackson at Crime Center of America. Warning me that if I did not settle out of court that I would be served papers and taken directly to courthouse and suffer greatly. But if I padi $1090.78 on a $390 loans then I could avid the $5000 court fee. I coould not get the name of the company they say I have a loan thru. Told them to never call me again unless they could validate the loan. Yestrerday they called at wrk and on cell phone leaving messages that unless I paid now me and my two friends I used for references would be served and taken immediately to court. I did not call back. Today i received 2 messages from them say that this is my last chance because the papers would being delivered to by sheriff to me today with my two friends unless I call them now. If I do not I will go to courthouse and if I do not pay $10, 00 (amount on one message) ($5000 on other message). I would be behind bars for 6 months. I have been trying to find an address for these scum bags so I an file a complaint with FTC. Not having much luck, as the addresses they have been giving are residential and empty house.
