I keep receiving calls from this agency stating that I have an outstanding balance and if I do not pay up, legal action will be taken and I will be arrested. The caller keeps changing his name and phone number but it is the same man calling with a heavy Indian accent. He has called my place of employment. I am at the point where my employer might fire me. I have put an an extensive complaint with the FTC and now I will call the local police etc. This had been going on since April 16th. They need to be stopped. I have asked for information in writing about such loan and I have been told by this person, I am not entitled to it. False, False, False. It is my right.
