Extremely poor product not suitable for law firms use, grade "F". Beware of the questionable promises of the seller. For example the promised integrated calendar function is actually not included in the product and must be separately purchased for several hundreds of dollars. Program templates cannot be customized for law firm's own use. Data entry does not follow set pattern and jumps around template screens. Data may not be saved unless certain information is provided which may not be available. There is no Search function other than as to client last name. Advertised auto-fill documents are not true auto-fill, but badly scanned pdf's upon which the seller has simply pasted html codes. Seller will not provide software to buyer but will insist that only seller can install their own product and then again only after hours via internet. If seller cannot install product, then seller refuses all refunds and blames the buyer for having unusable system. Nonexistent service/support.
