Crocs footwear turn into nightmare! Before Chinese New Year 2011, I decided to buy a white colour crocs shoe which is same size and pattern but different colour from my first pink colour pair from Crocs outlet in Queensbay Penang, Malaysia. Thought my selection will be fine since the white shoe is same size & pattern, but I am totally wrong! Immediate after the first day wore, the toe nail been convexing in the middle! As consult with doctor, been told my nail was badly damaged and need to CUT OFF! After complaint to Crocs outlet in Queensbay on 14-Mar-2011, they taken my shoe for further investigation and advise us to wait for their reply. And guess what, been told on 19-Mar-2011 that they wouldn't accept my complaint by replace new shoe. I just merely ask for changing the new shoe and not even asking for my toe nail injured and doctor's fee compensation! ! !
