I have been paying into cross America health plans for two years. I had to have surgery and now I am told nothing is covered . My regular doctors visits not covered. They don't pick up the phone I have left countless messages . I need to have therapy I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I have autopsyment every month and they have no problems taking my money.
Very upset and disgusted at how they are taking advantage of me.
I feel helpless and scared.
