Terrible sales service. They emailed me an offer on a truck. I took time off from work drove down and spent 2 1/2 hours riding through their parking lots and service lots with a set of keys and a Salesman looking for a truck they didn't have. We found out 2 1/2 hours later It was still being shipped. Then when they did get the truck and I purchased it, the person who referred me never got their referral check. Oh did I mention I got a $10.00 gift card for buying a $50, 000 truck. They also sold me a 3 year maintenance plan which was explained as "all maintenance" is covered. I found out it's ONLY oil changes, doesn't even include tire rotations. Stay away from this place. You can save your money and time by not shopping here. I did buy one truck from Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC but it will be the ONLY one I ever buy from them. This is a valid complaint and everything in this is TRUE. If crossroads wants to check or verify. They need to check their records for 2010 F150 Harley truck sales records. Campbell
