Brian Newman was a great guy that was very ambitious. Ashley Strickland-Mayhall picked up on that right away and let him know that if he could "make her smile" he would have a flourishing career. So they started "dating" even though she was married. Brian went from transport, to dispatch, to management in a 90 day period. Ashley Strickland-Mayhall is not rasict....she loves black men and resents black women. Well karma is a bitch because Dec 07 2013 Brian found out that he was not the only one she was cheating with. He followed around town as she cheated on him with yet another Shands Gainesville employee. But she didnt know Brian Newman is also called BSmoove and is a real nigga from Detroit. And he confronted her and her lover with a loaded 9mm. She shot in the air and at her car and is now facing a LIFE sentance for attempted murder. I hope Mrs Ashley Strickland-Mayhall is happy knowing that her reckless, slutty, trampy behavior has ruined so many lives. Brian was 3 months away from business degree and his parents are re-marrying, he has no children yet...and now he may never have that chance. Mrs Ashley Strickland-Mayhall has kids and is now divorced and certainly on her way to another amazing position in another hospital. Where she will no doubt play the victim and the lilly white princess, when the truth is she is a SOCIOPATH and so was Brian. Crothall are very furtive at Jersey shore medical center. They are over environmental services and patient transport. Once they target poeple they dont like they badger you write you up and then eventually terminate you. In one event a dispatcher came in intoxicated passed out on the keyboard they covered that up and the dispatcher just because she is friends with the boss. One time a transporter went to the bathroom and they wrote him up because he didn't call to notify. This is just a terrible company and something needs to be done. They lie on current employees to cover themselves up. It is just bad when you go to work and nobody has your back and when they always say that they leave you to hang out a dry.

I was working at crothall in gainesville fl from 2-16-2009 untill 4-08-2009. crothall is company that is now over the patient transportation department at shands at uf. i was fired because of the fact that the people who work there are very VERY VERY racist. one of my supervisors, who is a very sneaky ugly twenty two year old (who happens to be the same age as me). thinks its wrong to hire black people. she treated me as a slave, and since 94% of the transporters are black she made it her top priority to point her finger in peoples face in front of patients calling people BOY or Hey you. she even had the nerve to get all in my face one day (i am a black male who stands 6'1 and she is 5'8) and yell at me as if she was going to hit me. she is very mean and very rude towards everyone. I personally believe she is behind me being fired. My director who's name i refuse to repeat, because it leaves a bad taste in my mouth, she thought it was ok to fire me because the stupid supervisor thinks so.

Crothall is not a good company, they do not treat people well, THEY make it hard and they do not know how to train anyone. i feel i could have done better flipping burgers then sitting around and dealing with the stupid shit i had to put up with. i was harassed and put down on a daily basis. it was not a good work area, the people are dumb, and for my co workers? I FEEL SORRY FOR THEM BECAUSE ONCE IM DONE BLASTING THIS INFORMATION ALL OVER THE INTERNET I HAVE A GOOD FEELING THEY WILL BE GONE FOR GOOD!.
