Test Drove 2007 Ford Ranger in April 2011 at crowfoot dodge. Agreed to purchase on Condition that the severe vibration be checked and repaired. I wrote this condition on the agreement and initialed. Sales person did not give me a copy of agreement. Came back next day and saw Used Car Manager who ripped off a carbon copy of my agreement and threw it across the table at me. Other stuff had been written on it that I did not agree to . Salesman lied to Manager . No evidence that vehicle was fixed . Salesman said he had already ordered parts which he implied I should pay for. Demanded my $500.00 hold be returned and was told no. " We have a contract".. No Good faith here. I DID NOT TAKE DELIVERY OF THIS VEHICLE. STAY AWAY FROM CROWFOOT DODGE IN CALGARY! Complaint made to BBB..
