I took a very expensive room on board the "Adventurer Clipper" for a trip to the Antarctica. I booked it one year ahead of time. Both Quark Expedition and Natural Habitat assured me that I would only get a room mate if she paid the same as me.

One week before the trip, I was informed that I had a room mate. I assumed that she had paid the same as me. Imagine my surprise when I found out that she had paid $3890 less than me. I thought it was only fair that I should pay the same as her. I brought this to the attention of both Quark Expeditions and Natural Habitat and asked them to reimburse $3890 to me. They offered me $400. Why should I take $400 when they lied to me?
