Accepted 'free' 30 day trial offer for software web site on Nov 11th with a credit for $ 20 on first purchase. I ordered some software, used the credit and paid additional $ 6.95 for software on Nov 18th. By Nov 26 I decided I wasn't interested and emailed them to cancel my trial and to not bill me the $ 49.95 for a ifetime membership They did not respond I sent another email and still no response. I called them and could only get voice mail, they never responded. I then received my dec Discover statement and noticed they billed my $ 49.95 and another $ 19.95 on Dec 18. To this day they still will not return my email or answer the phone with a live person. I am now in the process of disputing the charges through Discover.
