The Child Support Enforcement office claims to have many resources against non-paying parents. Yet they allow most non-custodial parents to go months without making a single payment and still take no action! What does it take to make a parent support their kids? This office is a joke! The NCP in our case has a new husband and is living with him and his 3 kids. She is $3000 behind in current support. Meanwhile, she quit her job and worked as a stripper to collect money under the table just to avoid paying support. 3 months later, where is the CSE enforcement that is promised on every paper the agency puts out? Nowhere to be seen...bunch of incompetent, uncaring people who obviously support deadbeat parents!
