We bought a home from CSI, what a MISTAKE!! We figure that since this was a small local company they would take care of any issues that came up...WRONG!! Gale Casteel is a LIAR, and will tell you anything to get you to sign the contract. Gale LIED to the arbitrator and told him we told the contractor we did not want one of the basement windows installed... also the concrete has cracked and rose up in several places, Gale refuses to take care of that problem. This winter snow come in through the roof vents and piled up on the little bit of insulation they put in the attic, the interior walls were getting wet...NICE DESIGN WORK CSI!! There are several other issues that have come up that Gale refused to even come out and look at!! These people are only out to get your money... There are several other reputable builders out there, STAY AWAY FROM CSI!!!
