BEWARE! I ordered two pendant lights from CSN Lighting back in June for a home I was building. I paid for 3 day shipping but weeks came and went with no lights. I contacted the company and was informed that the 3 days shipping are from the day they receive the items and they still had not received them! I asked them to cancel the order. Two weeks later I receive an email saying that my items have shipped. Again I had to contact them to find out why the order I cancelled had shipped. I was told that I could refuse the package when it was delivered, which I did. Well . . . here I am in mid September and still have no refund! They keep blaming me for not following correct procedures, or saying that they did not receive the packages, even though Fed Ex has a record of returning the packages to them over a month ago!!! This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY! I will probably never get a refund. I can kiss goodbye over $128.00!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will regret it.
