my complaint is i started having to top up cell phone minutes double the normal rate csw jokes ringtonetime.com sent a text thanking me for subscribing i texts back no thanks i did not subscribe they text back i was unable to contact.in the mean time everytime i put money on my phone i am robbed of it virgin mobile says nothing they can do cause it is not them that is charging me.3 times within a week. theft is illegal last i heard
