I recently upgraded a product called Mural 8. After going through the process of having to call in for string numbers, I finally got the product working. So, I thought! It's a mural program designed for printing tile murals. The color profile doesn't work, and it won't allow you to print an 8 " tile. After tons of emails to them (specifically RANDY), getting no results, and being insulted by him telling me they don't have this "issue" with other customers, I am left with a product that was expensive and does not work as stated on their site, and in their users manual. It's obvious that Randy does not know the product he is selling, and couldn't care less about his customers.
