I ordered my ring in August and did not receive my ring until October of 2006. I, made numerous calls to the company and even ask for a supervisor when I could not get a straight answer, however I was always told that they would have to call me back because they were not available but a supervisor never bothered to return my call. Three days after my ring was shipped, I was checking my bank statement and noticed a $500.00 debit. After going to my bank, I found that someone from Cubic Zircon had taken my debit card number, (which I used to purchase my ring), and ordered a $500.00 visa card with it!!! I filed a complaint in October with Cubic Zircon but they have yet to respond. Surprise!! I have also filed a report to my local sherriffs office and the FBI division of internet theft! As if this is not enough, I wore my ring for the SECOND time only and a LARGE chip fell off the top portion. I have had to send my ring back to them for replacement.A cubic zirconia does not CHIP like this stone did. It looks more like a piece of glass. It has been over 2 weeks and I do not know if I will ever see my ring again.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
